Carry A Card

It’s happened to the best of us.  It’s one thing when you’re sitting beside someone as you get a mani/pedi, strike up a conversation, decide to re-connect and realize you don’t have a handy-dandy business card on you, but it’s a  whole different situation when, at the end of an actual meeting, you get asked for a card, rifle through your bag and  come up empty…with your boss watching.  I’m all about technology, and you definitely want to use LinkedIn as a virtual connector, but nothing beats an old-fashioned business card.  Because I’m such a believer and, let’s be honest, you’re that much more likely to give them out when you’re proud of them, I’ve agreed to be a judge for Minted’s business card design challenge.  If your talents are up for the task, apply to design a business card for the contest by clicking here.
